As you can see we have redesigned the newsletter.
The new format should be readable over a wider array
of email servers and internet browsers. We
will continue to tweak and improve the newsletter
over the next few months, so let us know what you
like, or if you have an issue. Last month you
should have received your first log-in message.
We will use these messages to keep you informed of
any updates or new features on the website.
This month we have some reminders of recent feature
additions, as well as details about our compliance
reporting. And
as always, your monthly images and SWiSH tip.

Compliance Reports...
We have received a number of
requests for different types of compliance reports.
Based on these requests we continue to enhance our
compliance-based offerings. Currently we
support the following methods of compliance
reporting:
Asset Inventory Report (Excel) :
This report is an
Excel Spreadsheet containing all of your assets
as well as any AdQue assets that you've set to
play. This report will show any play
restrictions you've set and should serve as a
general inventory of assets you've uploaded
and/or used. You can run this report free
of charge. Please let us know if you're
interested. The report button can be added
to your Media Browser based on your request.
Basic Compliance Report (PDF) :
This report is free as
well and is enabled by default. It
displays a viewable/printable version of a
storyboard playing on a particular display.
This is available in AdStudioExpress whenever
viewing or previewing a storyboard. Icons
of each image are shown and clicking on the icon
will display and play the full SWF, Video,
Image, or Audio file.
Advanced Compliance Report (CSV Log) :
This feature is for those who want to know
exactly what is playing on every display, every
second of every day. Each asset that plays
is logged on the local system by filename and a
unique asset identifier. This log file will
then be emailed to the appropriate personnel on
a periodic basis. You can receive this
information in either detailed or summary format
and it will contain a complete history of each
display. There is an additional monthly charge
to add this service.
