DynaText to Flash InfoQue Switch

Jul 1, 2008 - Data Concepts will soon be releasing all new Flash InfoQue players to replace DynaText (news, weather, sports). Flash has now exceeded the capabilities of DynaText and will allow for better delivery of information. Below are the basics for what will occur for the changeover to take place.

Basics Guidelines

If your AdQue System(s) is managed completely by Data Concepts:

Data Concepts will automatically change all of the DynaText InfoQue items in your storyboard to Flash InfoQue. You will not need to do anything.

If you manage your AdQue System(s), or a third party manages your AdQue System(s):

The new Flash InfoQue players will need to be downloaded to all of your AdQue Profiles.
The DynaText (news, weather, sports) items in your storyboard need to be replaced with Flash InfoQue players.

This can be done yourself or Data Concepts will change the current storyboards in use for you.

If Data Concepts updates your storyboards:

You will need to pull our changes using the publish utility in AdStudio.

More detailed information will be posted once all Flash InfoQue Items are available for downloading, and the changeover is ready to be put into effect. Please check back often for further information.
